Online Booking Request
Simply complete our booking request form to make an inquiry or reservation. Turn around for this service is usually within 24 hrs. You may also use this to request a quotation if you wish, or you can guarantee you'll not miss out, by booking your something nice today.
Car Pick-up Procedure
Simply call the free phone number from your voucher on arrival and we will send a representative to collect you immediately. You will be transferred to our nearby depot to complete rental agreement formalities. Our trading hours are between 8.00am and 6.00pm daily. Should you require collection of your vehicle outside these hours we will do our very best to accommodate your request. However we reserve the right to charge a late fee to cover our operational costs.
Car Drop-off Procedure
The process for returning your rental vehicle is just as easy - simply return your vehicle to our depot, please ensure the fuel tank has been filled and vehicle is undamaged. We will then transfer you to the airport in time for your onward flight.
If your travel plans change during the rental period, and you would like to extend or reduce the rental period - or arrange for an alternate drop off point, please contact one of our offices as soon as possible and we will do whatever we can to accommodate your request.
